Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Sales Closer to join our growing international relocation business. Our clients are expatriates relocating from Singapore to destinations around the world — a diverse mix of nationalities and backgrounds from Western to Asian regions.
This role requires someone who can confidently engage with both warm and cold leads , conduct consultative calls, and close deals in a professional, empathetic manner. The ideal candidate is flexible, agile, and driven by results — not deterred by lead temperature or client complexity.
Responsibilities :
Engage with potential clients through warm and cold outreach (calls, emails, or messaging).Conduct discovery and consultation calls to understand client relocation needs.Present tailored relocation service solutions and close deals confidently.Follow up diligently on leads at various stages of the sales cycle.Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system.Collaborate with internal operations or project teams to ensure a smooth client handover.Track and report daily call activity, lead updates, and closed deals to management.Participate in regular team meetings or sales huddles to share insights and improve performance.Requirements :
2+ years of experience in sales closing, telesales, or appointment setting.Proven success in service-based or consultative sales environments.Strong English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle both warm and cold leads with professionalism and persistence.Quick learner — able to absorb company processes and industry knowledge efficiently.Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive ) to track leads and activity.Motivated by performance metrics and closing targets.Professional, empathetic, and client-oriented approach suited for international clientele.Preferred Qualifications :
Background in international relocation, logistics, hospitality, or related services.Experience selling to a global or multicultural client base.Familiarity with remote sales workflows and CRM-driven environments.Independent Contractor Perks
