Join as a Cold Caller and play a key role in generating business opportunities by reaching out to agency owners interested in selling their agencies. This is a remote, part-time role (20 hours per week) with a structured schedule, focused on outbound calls and accurate CRM documentation. In addition to the hourly rate, this role offers performance-based bonuses tied to qualified leads and successful acquisitions.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to agency owners to identify interest in selling their agencies.
Make approximately 50–60 calls per day, targeting business owners.
Qualify opportunities and categorize leads as long-term, medium-term, or immediate interest.
Earn performance-based bonuses for validated leads and agency acquisitions.
Record and maintain accurate call notes and lead information in a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
Work within assigned hours and meet outreach goals.
Adjust schedule occasionally to connect with agency owners outside morning hours.
Requirements
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
Proven experience for atleast 1-2 years.
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to record and manage information accurately in a CRM system.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Comfortable working independently
