Job Title : Regulatory Reporting Manager Position Type : Full-Time Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Location : BGC, Taguig PH Salary : 150,000 – 200,000 monthly About the Role : The Regulatory Reporting Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), and other related agencies.

This position supports the Head of Regulatory Reporting and will act as deputy during their absence to guarantee continuity of operations.

Key Responsibilities : Manage the preparation and timely submission of BSP and PDIC regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.

Serve as deputy to the Head of Regulatory Reporting, assuming responsibilities during any absence.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to validate and ensure data accuracy for all reporting requirements.

Prepare daily management reports reflecting key metrics on capital adequacy, liquidity, loans, and deposits.

Monitor and analyze KPIs and regulatory ratios to inform reporting and compliance status.

Drive continuous improvements and automation initiatives in the regulatory reporting processes.

Stay current with regulatory changes and adapt reporting frameworks and processes accordingly.

Requirements : 6 to 10 years of experience in regulatory reporting within the local banking sector (non-negotiable).

Background in banking, financial services, or audit with exposure to financial institutions.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in handling complex regulatory data.

Effective communicator and collaborator with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities within a hybrid work setup (3 days onsite at BGC office, 2 days WFH).
