Job descriptionSet up and manage social media accounts across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X / Twitter, LinkedIn) Create and schedule consistent, engaging content that aligns with the accounting and advisory industry Develop creative strategies and viral content concepts that resonate with Australian demographics Handle community engagement including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly Conduct outreach activities including message blasts and connecting with relevant communities and influencers Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly Provide regular reporting on social media performance and lead generation metrics Collaborate with the founder to understand business goals and translate them into social media strategies. Part-time position starting at 20 hours per week minimum Remote work arrangement with regular communication with Australian-based founder Focus on organic social media growth rather than paid advertising Primary goal of lead generation for accounting and tax advisory services Opportunity to expand into SEO and broader marketing responsibilities over time Direct reporting relationship with company founder Flexible scheduling within business collaboration requirements Proven experience in social media management and marketing (portfolio required) Experience working with clients in the accounting space preferred Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Creative content creation abilities with knowledge of current trends Experience with social media scheduling and management tools Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment Willingness to learn about the Australian market and accounting industry Strong responsiveness and ability to engage with followers in real-time HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring
