The Role :
We're looking for an experienced and creative Organic Social Media Manager to lead and grow our presence across social channels. You’ll develop and execute organic social strategies that drive engagement, build community, and align with our brand voice all while navigating the unique challenges and compliance requirements of the health, wellness, and medical space.
This is a role for someone who is as strategic as they are hands-on, deeply understands content that connects, and is passionate about science-backed wellness.
Key Responsibilities :
Own and execute the organic social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, YouTube)
Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with our brand narrative, product roadmap, and community interests
Write, curate, and produce compelling and compliant content including posts, short-form video ideas, captions, stories, and more
Monitor and respond to community engagement to foster connection and trust
Analyze performance metrics and optimize based on data and insights
Stay up-to-date with platform trends and algorithm changes
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, science, and product teams to ensure accurate, effective messaging
Ensure all content stays within safe regulatory bounds especially in claims, wellness advice, and medical language
About You :
3 - 5+ years experience managing organic social for wellness, health, or medical consumer brands
Proven ability to grow and engage social media audiences authentically
Deep understanding of platform nuances, trends, and best practices
Exceptional copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Experience working within regulatory or compliance guidelines in health-related spaces (FDA, EU, etc.)
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
Bonus Points If You :
Have a background or certification in health, medicine, or functional wellness
Have experience with influencers or UGC content in the wellness space
Are familiar with tools like Later, Canva, Notion, Sprout Social, or similar
Requirements
Strong understanding of science-backed brand building, ideally within health, wellness, or tech sectors Proven ability to build and foster strategic partnerships and external relationships Experience working across both US and European markets Demonstrated track record of building globally recognized brands Familiarity with both traditional and unconventional brand strategies / playbooks Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of performance marketing and its relationship with brand efforts Strong commercial acumen and ability to tie brand strategy to business outcomes Ideally, candidates will have experience working with renowned or top-tier brands
