Research and Development Technician / Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Create and develops formulation based on sales and marketing request.

Conducts accelerated stability and compatibility analysis.

Prepares and schedules laboratory batch production.

Investigate new ingredients, processes, and technologies to improve product quality or reduce costs.

Perform sensory, and application tests to verify that products perform as expected and are appealing to consumers.

Oversee pilot runs and help with scaling up products from the lab to a manufacturing environment.

Meticulously prepare and maintain detailed records, including batch records, costings and formulation data.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS :

Have 1-2 years of proven experience in a product development or R&D role, preferably within a relevant industry such as cosmetic, pet care, food and household.

Comfortable working in a lab and pilot plant environment, with the ability to perform a variety of technical analyses.

Capable of preparing and maintaining accurate records and monitoring processes with high precision.

Willing to work effectively with various departments, including Production, Quality Assurance, and Purchasing.
