As a Verification Analyst , you will be the frontline defense against payment fraud, conducting customer verification inquiries, vetting vendors, and ensuring secure transactions. You’ll handle inbound and outbound verifications, support compliance efforts, collaborate with teams to enhance security processes, and play a crucial role in preventing financial threats in the fintech industry.

Your Daily Tasks
- Conduct accurate customer verification inquiries through voice and non-voice channels.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer and supplier verification inquiries (inbound and outbound).
- Assist the CSM team with customer vetting, qualification, setup, escalations, and service recovery.
- Complete assigned frontline work activities within agreed timeframes.
- Suggest cost-effective solutions to improve processes continuously.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve the best outcomes for customers and the business.
- Participate in training and development programs for professional growth.
- Maintain attendance and punctuality, meeting team and customer expectations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any security concerns.
- Utilize workplace tools effectively to perform duties and mitigate customer fraud.
- Handle customer and supplier support tasks via phone and email.
- Contribute to achieving company budget targets.
- Identify and generate new business leads.
- Stay updated on company processes, policies, and industry updates.
- Support the enhancement of verification team practices.
- Provide assistance with departmental activities and projects.
- Ensure compliance with company service, professional, and ethical standards.
- Perform other assigned tasks from business or leadership teams.
Requirements

1-3 years of experience in customer service , particularly in voice accounts .Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Positive phone personality with strong interpersonal skills.Tech-savvy and always eager to learn new tools and processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment.Independent and efficient worker, but also a strong team collaborator.Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive under pressure.A self-starter with initiative and proactiveness.Level-headed with a professional and positive work attitude.Benefits
