Position Overview : Conduct outbound calls to cultivators, manufacturers, and retailers to generate interest in Vangst's staffing solutions Send follow-up emails and LinkedIn messages to nurture leads Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for Account Executives Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities in HubSpot Research and understand potential clients' business, staffing needs, and pain points Collaborate with sales and recruiting teams to ensure client needs are met Continuously learn about cannabis industry trends, company offerings, and competitive landscape Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : 60-75+ calls per day Number of emails / LinkedIn outreach sent Number of qualified leads created and meetings scheduled Conversion rate from contact to meeting Opportunities generated for Account Executives CRM activity completeness and accuracy Requirements 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR, or B2B sales (cannabis experience a plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of self-motivation and persistence Strong research and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Comfortable using HubSpot or other CRM systems
