About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative with a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Tech lead generation . In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and targeting high-potential accounts, executing outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, and fueling the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities :
Research and identify target accounts based on our ideal customer profile (ICP).
Conduct outbound outreach prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
Qualify leads through discovery conversations and hand them off to Account Executives for closing.
Identify decision-makers and understand prospect needs through discovery calls and research.
Schedule discovery meetings / demos for Account Executives and ensure a smooth hand off.
Maintain clean, accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ensure all activities, lead statuses, and notes are accurately logged.
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (e.g., meetings booked, conversion rates, etc.).
Continuously improve messaging, outreach tactics, and qualification processes based on performance data and feedback.
Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activity to craft relevant messaging.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a Sales Development / Business Development role in the B2B SaaS or Tech industry .
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets.
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Sales loft).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and the buyer’s journey.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup or scale-up environment.
