Job description
Job Title : Sr. Staff Accountant (Supervisor)
Location : Ayala (will transition to McKinley, Taguig)
Shift Schedule : Night Shift
Work Set Up : Hybrid (once training is completed)
MUST HAVE Skills / Qualifications :
- Accounting graduate (non-negotiable)
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in BPO
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, etc.)
- Good communication skills
- Data manipulation (large files)
- Journal entries, balance sheet, GL management, reconciliation
- Financial reporting & invoicing
- Accruals & closing support (monthly / quarterly / annual)
- Financial analysis
- Can start ASAP
