Finance Head

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Head to lead the company’s financial operations, planning, and strategy. The Finance Head will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance, while providing insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making and long-term growth. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and deep knowledge of financial management, taxation, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the finance and accounting team in day-to-day operations.

Develops and manages the annual budget, forecast future financial performance and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.

Efficiently manage and monitor cash flow and investments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses .

Establish, monitor, and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures .

Drive process improvements and adoption of financial systems and tools.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

At least 8–10 years of progressive finance experience

Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and risk management .

Proficiency in financial systems like SAP.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results.
