Overview

A dynamic and fast-growing reinsurance brokerage startup is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Finance Head to lead its financial operations and compliance functions.

This is a critical leadership role that functions as a working CFO, reporting directly to the founders.

Location & Work Setup

Location : BGC, Taguig

Work Setup : Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company\'s financial strategy, reporting, and forecasting
• Ensure regulatory compliance with all tax, insurance, and statutory requirements
• Handle all aspects of financial controls, budgeting, and risk management
• Lead the setup and streamlining of finance processes, systems, and controls
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and insurance regulators
• Work closely with executive leadership to support fundraising, investor reporting, and growth initiatives
