Requirements
Requirements 1+ years of experience in a call center environment. 4+ years of experience in handling high-profile voice accounts is a MUST. Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. Proficient in conversational and written English. Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, thinking quickly and making sure to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Coachable, Punctual, Assertive, and Diligent. Technical Requirements (Laptop / Desktop) : 100mpbs or higher is REQUIRED. Must be able to pass an Internet Speed Test.
