RemoteVA PH is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist with order entry and email communication. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer support, excellent written communication skills, and the ability to efficiently process and manage orders. WordPress experience is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Communicate with customers via email in a professional and timely manner
- Enter and process orders accurately into the system
- Maintain records and update customer details as needed
- Work efficiently with QuickBooks Online and Extensiv for order management
- If applicable, assist with updates and basic management of WordPress
