What You'll Do
As a Part-Time Sales Manager at Sozoroad, you will play a dual role—driving your own sales activities while also overseeing and supporting a growing team of sales representatives. You’ll handle outreach, lead generation, and client engagement while ensuring that the team consistently meets performance goals and maintains Sozoroad’s quality standards.

Requirements
Knowledge of the B2B or B2C / professional services market or willingness to learn.
A bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is not required, but preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Proficient in verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to coach and motivate sales teams.
Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration.

Requirements

Familiarity with CRM systems, lead management processes, and sales tracking tools. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify improvement areas. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable with outbound sales and cold outreach. Ability to handle rejection with resilience and maintain a positive, professional demeanor. Comfortable working across multiple projects and adjusting to shifting priorities.
