Job descriptionYou will help find applicants for various positions You will be working alongside with your coach / TL (Sr. Recruiter) You will be trained during your first weeks / months Your primary goal is to generate / produce hires (you will endorse applicants to the clients we serve, once they hired your referral, it's considered 1 generated hire for you. Per hire, your incentive is 3,500 each. Ex : If you have 10 hires, your take home pay is 35,000 (
