As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end account management and handling of manpower requirements for staff and officer vacancies. You will ensure timely fill up of open jobs and assessment of candidates using competency-based interviews to support the business units' manpower requirements.
How you’ll contribute
- Helps to define, design, and implement sourcing initiatives and search engagements. This includes understanding and mapping the talent landscape, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply. Research, identify, and develop relationships with prospective candidates for active searches through targeted company research, passive outreach, social networking sites, and internal sources. Strategically build and maintain a network of passive potential future candidates.
- Conducts screening and interview of candidates using competency-based interview approach to determine right candidate fit that caters to the requirement of the requesting unit.
- Prepares salary computation and negotiates with junior officer candidates based on existing Bank data to achieve the desired offer acceptance rate.
- Monitors the turn‑around‑time on fill up of open jobs using the daily dashboard to achieve target turnaround time.
- Conducts calibration session with Business Units based on the qualifications required for the role to ensure alignment on how the competency level of potential applicants will be assessed.
- Prepares hiring documents and vacancy reports.
What we’re looking for
At least 1 year of recruitment experience in banking or financial institution is an advantage.Amenable with one (1) year fixed‑term contract.Proficient in MS Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Above‑average communication and presentation skills.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!About Security Bank
