What you'll do :

As a Senior Sales Executive - Corporate (B2B) / Relationship Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. You'll develop and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the power of Cartrack's innovative solutions to potential clients. With a focus on exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships, you'll leverage your strong communication and interpersonal skills to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance, ensure goal alignment, and support individual development.
• Monitor team metrics and KPIs, providing ongoing feedback and implementing strategies to improve performance and productivity.
• Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture through hands-on leadership and regular collaboration.
• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities and deliver presentations demonstrating Cartrack's products and solution.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on generating new business and developing existing customers.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis on client requirements with tailor-made pricing structure / deal.
• Acquire new customers by cold calling, networking, and using various Social Media platforms.
• Monthly sales forecast preparation and submission.
• Use CRM to full potential to report, measure and control sales inputs and outcomes.
