Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing detailed cost estimates and quantity surveys for our construction projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and successful project delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing detailed cost estimates and quantity surveys for a variety of construction projects
• Analyzing construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to determine material and labour requirements
• Collaborating with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to gather cost data and input
• Preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost breakdowns
• Monitoring project costs and providing regular progress reports
• Identifying potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities
• Supporting the procurement process and subcontractor management
