The role involves creative content repurposing, strategic video editing, and building a consistent brand presence across multiple platforms. You’ll work with a rich library of existing content including podcast episodes and video content, turning them into compelling social media assets that connect with audiences and drive business growth. Responsibilities Transform 30-minute podcast episodes into engaging, bite-sized social media content for multiple platforms Repurpose and optimize approximately existing TikTok videos for distribution across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Create and maintain a consistent, professional social media posting schedule that drives engagement and business results Handle video editing and content creation to support cohesive branding across all platforms Develop content strategies specifically designed to increase retreat bookings and online course sales Manage day-to-day social media presence to ensure regular, high-quality content delivery Support broader marketing initiatives through creative content development and strategic posting Requirements Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) - this is essential for success Proven experience with video editing software and modern content creation tools (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS) Strong background in social media management across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok Expertise in content repurposing strategies and understanding of platform-specific best practices Ability to work efficiently and produce high-quality content quickly using modern tools Understanding of marketing principles and how social media drives business results Experience with podcast content or long-form content breakdown is highly preferred Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining consistent communication
