Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets in the SL & Bicol Region.
- Oversee and manage the performance of the sales team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders within the FMCG industry.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
- Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market share in the Taguig area and beyond.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regional Commercial Sales Director should have :
- A solid background in sales leadership , preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and inspire a sales team.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions .
- Experience in managing key accounts and building long-lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge of the Taguig market and the SL & Bicol Region is an advantage.
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
