Job descriptionDesign warehouse layout, product flow, and handling systems to maximize efficiency. Recommend and implement new equipment, technologies, and process changes. Develop cost-reduction initiatives across warehouse operations. Prepare annual budgets, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions. Review monthly P&L results, analyze trends, prepare reports, and execute action plans. Ensure accurate and timely customer billing while addressing potential revenue leakages. Schedule, assign, and monitor employee performance to meet operational requirements. Motivate staff to achieve efficiency and service excellence. Promote professional growth through training and capability-building programs. Maintain warehouse equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance. Ensure staff have safe and efficient tools to perform their functions. Safeguard assets and operations by enforcing strict security protocols. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related technical course . 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management. Knowledge of warehouse management systems, transportation, and MHE (Material Handling Equipment) maintenance is a plus. Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage P&L, drive process improvements, and lead diverse teams. Lead operations that directly impact client satisfaction and business growth. Influence warehouse design, cost-saving initiatives, and process innovation. Build and grow high-performing teams in a collaborative environment. Work at the center of a logistics leader shaping the future of supply chain in the Philippines.

- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped within cut-off times while meeting KPIs.
