Associate Lawyer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer, located in Pasig City, National Capital Region, Philippines. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. Additional responsibilities include providing legal advice, managing client cases, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Associate Lawyer will work closely with senior attorneys and partners to support various legal matters and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

• Legal Research and Knowledge of Legal Procedures
• Drafting Legal Documents and Legal Writing skills
• Experience in Client Representation and Court Proceedings
• Providing Legal Advice and Case Management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor\'s degree in Law, Juris Doctor (JD), or equivalent legal qualification
• Admitted to the bar in the Philippines with a valid license to practice law
