Description of Duties

1. Collect, organize, and submit Proof of Performance (POP) for media activities under LEAP’s scope. These include (but are not limited to

• Allocation sheet
• Screenshots of actualized media activities
• Data extracts
• Finance extract

2. Update master and adhoc trackers to ensure proper tracking of POP, Goods Receipt (GR), and Invoice Receipt (IR) submissions.

3. Monitor any campaign participation and top-up processing, starting from Sales Order (SO) signing to IR.

4. Effectively communicate with internal teams, client partners, and / or platforms if there are issues in terms of POPs, GRs, and IRs.
