Role : Head of Digital

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust digital platforms to meet organizational goals
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the engineering team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and align technology solutions accordingly
Oversee the architecture and scalability of digital platforms, ensuring they meet performance and security standards
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the platform development strategy
Drive the adoption of best practices in software engineering, code quality, and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD)

Job Qualifications

Minimum Experience and Education

More than 10 years

Bachelor’s Degree Required

Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field

10+ years in software engineering, focusing on digital platform development

Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating high-performing teams

In-depth knowledge of relevant technologies, frameworks, and cloud services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience in project management, including budgeting and resource allocation

Ability to think strategically and align technical solutions with overall business objectives

Certifications in relevant technologies or project management are a plus
