Manager - Finance Special Projects
Responsibilities :
- Liaise, coordinate and work with project stakeholders for the design, build and testing activities of the project, working with FR Head and under the supervision of ROFO Head.
- Help timely complete and implement the project based on agreed deliverables, including complete documentation and handover.
- Timely communicate regular updates, raise concerns, and resolution thereof. Timely identify and address any issues or challenges during the project and contribute to finding solutions and keeping the project on track.
- Handle invoice management and accounts payable processing for ROHQ-Manila.
- Assist ROFO Head for Finance tasks and projects that may be assigned / delegated.
Qualifications :
University graduate in Finance, Accounting and Business Administration or related disciplines;Minimum 8 years of experience in finance systemsExperience in Insurance business and financial industry is an advantageSolid background in finance systems implementation & project rollout for 6 to 10 years.Working experience with SAP Hana (Accounts Payable & FICO module) is a must .Working knowledge in SAP-Ariba is a clear edge .CPA is an advantage but not a mustProficiency in spoken and written EnglishSelf-starter, agile and thrives in a systems project environment and multinational landscape requiring less supervisionThis is a hybrid work arrangement (onsite for designated days with WFH option for the rest)This is for project engagement for 12 months (with possible but not guaranteed permanent role absorption)Employment details :
