Job descriptionProduct Listing : Create and maintain an online store by uploading jewelry, Luxury bags, etc, information and prices. Order Processing : Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely dispatch of products. Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries and provide purchase assistance. Communication with customers will be in English, while interactions with the Japanese Manager and instructions from headquarters will be in Japanese. Logistics and Shipping : Manage the logistics and arrange shipments for prompt delivery of products.
Required Experience :
- Must speak Japanese N3 level or above.
- Good English and Japanese communication skills
- Have interest in jewelry, Luxury items such as bags, watches, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation, always provides information in an efficient and accurate manner
- With experience working in a Japanese company
