Required Experience :
・2–3 years of solid experience in booking and reservations operations (travel agency, airline, or related industry).
・Hands-on expertise with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Oscar, etc. (minimum 1 year).
・Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 or higher) – able to communicate confidently with Japanese clients.
・Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
・Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite / Workspace tools.
・Strong customer service orientation, with great attention to detail and accuracy.
・Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
・A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude.
・Experience in the Travel & Leisure industry or BPO handling travel accounts is highly preferred
・Knowledge of additional GDS systems or advanced travel booking tools is a plus
・Flexibility to work on shifting schedules (holidays, weekends, day / mid / night).
