Job Summary
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our US Healthcare Account . In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare claims, benefits, and insurance coverage. You will assist patients and healthcare providers by explaining benefits, resolving claim concerns, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle voice calls from US-based patients and healthcare providers regarding claims and benefits
- Clearly explain coverage details, claim status, and benefit information
- Review and process data from CMS-1500 and UB-04 medical claim forms
- Accurately document all interactions in the system
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company guidelines
- Deliver high-quality service while meeting performance standards
Qualifications
At least High School Graduate or 1st-Year College UndergraduateMinimum 1 year of voice experience in a US Healthcare Support accountKnowledge in explaining healthcare benefits and handling insurance claimsFamiliarity with CMS-1500 and UB-04 medical claim formsExcellent English communication skillsWilling to work in a pure voice account environmentPerks and Benefits
