We are looking for a meticulous and knowledgeable Food Auditor to conduct audits ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food manufacturing processes, GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards, with a passion for promoting best practices in food safety.
Responsibilities :
- Perform food safety and quality audits across various facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Assess adherence to standards such as ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, and other applicable food safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide clients with expert advice on enhancing food safety systems and best practices.
- Stay updated on current trends and regulatory changes in food safety and quality standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Agriculture, Biology, or a related field.At least 23 years of experience in food safety auditing, food manufacturing, or quality assurance.Knowledge and experience in GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety management systems.Completion of Lead Auditor training in ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, or similar standards is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.Certification in HACCP, Food Safety, or other relevant programs is preferred.
