Job descriptionAt least 8 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., software development, IT project management, or related field). Strong background in managing high-value B2B accounts, including direct collaboration with C-level and senior leadership stakeholders. Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder communication. Able to effectively articulate technical concepts in both internal and external settings. Background in dynamic industries such as financial technology or online gaming is highly valued. Technical foundation or prior experience in software development is a strong advantage. Exceptional communication abilities with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Job Title : Technical Product Manager
Location : Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila
Work Setup : Onsite
Employment Type : Full-time
Salary Range : PHP 150,000 200,000 (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
- Lead and participate in technical meetings, clearly explaining complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Coordinate project timelines, requirements, and expectations with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Identify technical and compliance risks and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, and support audit and review processes.
- Provide training and updates on systems, tools, and best practices as needed.
- Act as the point of escalation for technical issues, helping resolve them in a timely manner.
