The A ssociate Product Manager supports the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from strategic planning to execution. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations—to deliver innovative, user-centric products that align with company goals and drive business growth.

Product Strategy & Planning
- Support the development and execution of the product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering to identify new opportunities.
- Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and key performance metrics.
Product Development & Execution
Translate product requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and specifications.Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review meetings.Test and validate new features to ensure they meet user and business needs.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth product launches and post-launch optimization.Collaborate with data analytics teams to track product performance and identify improvement areas.Communicate effectively across teams to ensure alignment and transparency on priorities and progress.Requirements
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Master’s degree or MBA (preferred but not required).2–5 years of experience in product management, product operations, business analysis, or a related field.Experience working in agile or cross-functional environments preferred.Skills & Competencies :
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Productboard, or similar).Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics).Customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
