NOW HIRING : DATA OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Be part of a growing team that turns data into action! As a Data Ops Exec, you’ll manage, process, and optimize data to support business operations and decision-making.

What we’re looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field / With at least 1 year experience
• Strong communication skills, particularly in presenting complex quantitative analysis in targeted, easily understandable messaging
• Ability to interface & communicate with different internal and external stakeholders
• Basic knowledge in Digital Marketing and experience with reporting and insights creation is preferable
• Excellent planning, analytical and organisational skills alongside high attention to detail
• Demonstrated skills in understanding conversion drivers in an online environment
• A proven track record of working on own initiative and an instinctive "can-do" attitude, with strong focus on delivering results
• Excellent ability to communicate and a structured approach to capture new leads and projects as well as assignments and to solve challenges
• Attention to detail to ensure nothing is overlooked and every little detail is thought about and executed perfectly
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and passion
