We are seeking a detail-oriented Offshore Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is fully remote, making it a great opportunity for someone who loves bookkeeping and compliance work in a focused, behind-the-scenes environment.

About the Role

As an Offshore Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, preparing and lodging BAS / IAS, and supporting our team with bookkeeping tasks across a range of clients. You’ll work closely with our Partners and team members to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile Xero files and other programs, including invoices, bills, and pay runs
• Prepare & lodge Business and Instalment Activity Statements by due dates
• Set up Xero files for clients
• Respond to client bookkeeping queries via email or phone
• Manage GST & PAYG registrations and cancellations
• Liaise with the ATO as required
• Ensure documents required for tax purposes are saved and maintained in SharePoint
• Support projects and general administration tasks
• Promote a positive and collaborative team culture
