BIM Modeling Manager for Japanese Civil construction company

■We are seeking a motivated BIM modeling Manager with a solid architectural background to join our engineering team.

The current organizational and team structure is divided into three main disciplines :

①Architectural Design,

②Structural Design, and

③Construction Planning.

• One strong in either skill can be endorsed as a manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our design and construction projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows, especially using Revit.

The role is ideal for individuals with a clear vision for their career, long-term commitment, and a desire to grow within the organization.

■Responsibilities :

Develop and manage BIM models (Revit) using toolｓ

Coordinate with architectural, structural, and Construction Planning teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency

Perform clash detection and design coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Support construction and site teams with updated drawings and visualizations

Conduct quantity take-offs, 4D scheduling, and other BIM-based analysis as needed

Assist in establishing and maintaining BIM standards and workflows

Perform drawing review tasks as part of our pre-screening BIM skill evaluation

Manage the team and team members.

■Must：

Practical experience in architectural design or construction firms

At least 5 years of BIM hands-on experience, particularly in horizontal-type building projects

Working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar BIM tools

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams

Clear career goals and strong motivation to grow within the company

Experience of 3 companies max (No Job Hoppers)

■Prefer：

Knowledge of Japanese construction standards or experience working on Japan-related projects is a plus

Experience in site management or construction supervision

Prefer to have JLPT N4 (as long as speaking skill is good, one does not have to have N3, such as half Japanese), but not necessary

Benefits :

15 SL / 15VL, 13th month, Bonus, HMO with dependents, etc.

2.25 months (summer / winter=1+1.25=2.25 months)

Position allowance (if manager level), house allowance, Japanese language allowance (N3 : 5000php month, N4 : 3000php, N5 : 1000php)

Meal + transportation : 13,000php / month

You can study the Japanese language in the company.

Work schedule : Mon-Fri 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM
