Operation Manager (Telco Industry)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Updating Sales Report and Stock Coverage tracking

3. Monitor promoters’ productivity and sell-outs

5. Visibility store upgrade, update replacement fixtures, store maintenance, and others construction needs

6. Monitoring and execution of store activities / events and maximize freebies / giftbox

7. Monitor Area Managers’ store visits and setting sales target

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Candidate must have a Bachelor's / College Degree,

2. At least 2 years of working experience in Field Force Management, Data Analysis and Construction or any related field is required for this position.

3. Must have experience in Mobile Technology Industry.

4. Must have experience in handling promoters or manpower.

5. With Sales Experience and willing to do fieldwork.

6. Willing to be assigned in any area of Visayas
