As a core driver of regional success, you will report directly to senior leadership and own the systems, people, and strategies that define operational excellence across your designated area. This is a role at the intersection of business growth, people leadership, and brand execution where you will transform gyms into benchmarks of performance, culture, and member experience.
What You'll Be Responsible For :
1. Business Growth & Strategy
Develop and implement area-wide growth strategies that drive revenue, expand membership, and increase retention.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and local market tactics that fuel competitive advantage.
Collaborate with marketing to execute impactful campaigns that attract and keep members engaged.
2. Operational Excellence
Lead and coach gym managers to deliver seamless daily operations with consistency and discipline.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure every club meets Anytime Fitness standards, creating a safe, welcoming, and high-energy environment.
Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) and drive corrective actions to hit and exceed targets.
3. Financial Stewardship
Own area-level budgets, expenses, and profitability metrics.
Ensure financial goals are achieved through disciplined cost management and strategic investment.
Provide data-driven insights to leadership to inform growth decisions.
4. People Leadership
Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of managers and staff.
Build a culture of accountability, motivation, and member-first service.
Lead training initiatives that elevate leadership capacity and frontline performance.
Non-Negotiable Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years in a management role (fitness industry experience strongly preferred).
Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding performance targets.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage, coach, and inspire diverse teams.
Expertise in KPI management, budgeting, and financial decision-making.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Flexible and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-moving, multi-site environment.
