Job descriptionMeet or exceed personal sales targets by managing and growing key personal accounts. Partner with the technical team to ensure projects are profitable and meet or exceed target margins. Oversee and support the sales team's progress on ongoing projects, bids, and other sales activities. Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of office operations At least 3-4 years of Sales Management experience At least 3-4 years of experience working in the construction industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent collaboration and project management skills. Strong initiative in improving business processes and office operations.
