Position : Bancassurance Executive (Sales Executive)
Location : Makati
Set up : On-site (Mon-Fri) Morning Shift
Job Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell services using in-depth knowledge of company offerings.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct personalized product demonstrations and presentations.
- Meet sales targets by prioritizing high-impact activities.
- Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Qualifications :
At least 6 months to 1 year of sales or customer-facing experience course.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets.Customer-focused with relationship-building capabilities.Benefits :
