Good Communication Skills (English)
Amenable to work onsite
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Can handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Job Requirements & Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to Telco services (mobile, internet, or billing concerns)
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries or complaints
Update and maintain customer records in the system
Ensure first-call resolution and meet performance metrics
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every customer interaction
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated with new products and policies
Salary Package : Up to ₱29,000 + Night Differential + Performance Incentives
