Job description :
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in target markets (by geography, sector, and service line)
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, to contract closure.
Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Establish and maintain a structured sales pipeline and regularly update forecasts and conversion probabilities.
Prepare and present sales reports, including performance against targets, pipeline status, and key opportunities / risks.
Coordinate with technical operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, competitive, and aligned with client requirements.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to suport lead generation, brand building, and market penetration.
Conduct market segmentation of positioning to identify priority customer segments and value propositions.
Lead the creation of market materials (presentations, brochures, digital content) tailored to identified target markets.
Plan and support participation in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to increase visibility and generate leads.
Monitor competitor's offerings, pricing, and positioning to inform strategic decisions.
May perform other duties as necessary or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications :
Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction, technology, engineering, or AEC industry.
Proven experience in marketing research, market analysis, and geographic / sector studies.
Demonstrated track record in achieving sales and managing complex B2B sales cycles.
Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, including digital marketing
Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and sales performance analysis.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong skills in market research, data analysis, and interpretation of geographic and demographic information.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
Results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals.
