Position Overview RecruitGo is in search of a Head of Sales and Marketing based in the Philippines.
Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and communication abilities.
Responsibilities Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy focused on agencies, SMEs, startups, and enterprise clients.
- Identify new business opportunities, lead generation channels, and partnerships.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing, and oversee key account relationships.
Marketing Strategy
Craft and implement marketing roadmap, aligning with company goals and growth targets.Lead the brand positioning and ensure consistency across all platforms and channels.Oversee content marketing, paid media, SEO / SEM, and social strategies to drive awareness and leads.Use data to track campaign performance and continuously optimize ROI.Leadership & Collaboration
Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align revenue goals with strategic direction.Hire, manage, and upskill the sales and marketing teams.Collaborate with creative, operations, and project teams to ensure a unified client experience.Qualifications Must-Haves :
7+ years of experience in sales and / or marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.At least 3 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams.Proven success in driving B2B sales and closing high-value accounts.Deep understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social, web dev, content, etc.).Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and communication abilities.Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) and digital analytics tools.Based in the Philippines, with strong knowledge of the local and regional market.Why RecruitGo?
