Position Overview RecruitGo  is in search of a Head of Sales and Marketing based in the Philippines.

Aside from your established skills and expertise, we are also looking for someone who has strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities Sales Leadership

• Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy focused on agencies, SMEs, startups, and enterprise clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, lead generation channels, and partnerships.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing, and oversee key account relationships.
