HIRING : Pre-Bill Medical Recovery (PMR) Representative

Shift : Graveyard

Primary Responsibilities :

The Pre-Bill Medical Recovery (PMR) department works on behalf of emergency room physician groups to identify and bill the correct insurance for emergency room visits before a patient or their health insurance is charged.

Recovery sources for these ER visits can include auto insurance, worker’s compensation insurance, and other liability insurance providers.

Responsibilities include :

Making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries

Performing back-office processing related to insurance verification and billing

Ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on all insurance recovery activities

Qualifications :

Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (college graduate)

With at least 2 years of Healthcare International BPO experience

Strong communication and analytical skills

Knowledge in insurance or claims processing is an advantage

Compensation :

Basic Salary : ₱30,600

OGA Allowance : ₱3,600

Total Package : ₱34,200
