GDS Assurance – Audit Senior Manager

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Assurance Practice

Supports global EY client‑serving teams with their reviews across industry sectors, including financial services, manufacturing and technology, among others. Through a multidisciplinary team of professionals with sector knowledge and subject‑matter expertise, EY GDS Assurance enables EY client teams in over 30 countries to help world’s leading companies meet their assurance requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the people in the Asset Management segment : empower, coach, and motivate the team; identify development opportunities and training needs; conduct performance reviews; serve as a positive leader and mentor.
• Manage business and client relationships : develop and maintain a strong relationship network; support the sector agenda and quality initiatives; enhance connectivity between GDS and engagement teams; support the communication agenda.
• Manage quality of service delivery : identify sector‑specific training needs; review and update current curriculum; assist in organizing technical training; address service delivery quality issues; support exceptional service delivery action programs; establish a practice of best‑practice sharing.
• Coach managers in the Asset Management segment; deliver technical support and industry training.
