Job Requirements :
✨ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medical, Nursing, or any related field
✨ At least 2–3 years of work experience in medical insurance or HMO operations
✨ Preferably with prior experience in an insurance or HMO company
✨ Willing to work on-site from Monday to Friday
✨ Amenable to attend on-site interviews when required
Job Responsibilities :
✨ Identify business challenges and provide effective solutions and services to address client and organizational needs
✨ Stay updated on market trends and continuously enhance knowledge of company products, services, and industry developments
✨ Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote healthcare services, Utilization Management, and TPA programs
✨ Conceptualize, design, and implement new products, services, and cost containment initiatives
✨ Monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of sales strategies and business plans
✨ Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned by management
