Job Requirements :
✨ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medical, Nursing, or any related field
✨ At least 2–3 years of work experience in medical insurance or HMO operations
✨ Preferably with prior experience in an insurance or HMO company
✨ Willing to work on-site from Monday to Friday
✨ Amenable to attend on-site interviews when required
Job Responsibilities :
✨ Identify business challenges and develop effective solutions and services to address them
✨ Stay informed about market trends and continuously enhance product and service knowledge
✨ Develop strategies to promote company offerings, including healthcare services, Utilization Management, and TPA programs
✨ Design and implement new products, services, and cost containment programs
✨ Monitor, evaluate, and track the implementation of strategies and plans
✨ Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management
