As a Director of Operations, you will oversee U.S. CPG food and beverage operations, manage multiple brands and product lines with 20+ SKUs and growing. The role is responsible for contract manufacturing management, 3PL management, shipping and logistics, procurement, and ensuring 100% on-time supply across online, retail, and DTC channels.
Requirements
- Must have experience in U.S. CPG food and beverage operations, including managing contract manufacturers, 3PL partners, and logistics.
- Knowledgeable in inventory control, demand planning, and cost management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or an ERP system is required for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
