Accounts Payable Representative (Open for Beginners)

Overview

Lean Solutions Group is looking for an Accounts Payable Representative to join our growing team. This role is open to beginners and candidates with no prior experience as long as you have good to excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.

You will support our accounting department by reviewing and verifying documents related to completed vehicle deliveries and scheduling payments, while also providing friendly and efficient customer service to carriers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review documents from carriers after vehicle delivery.
• Ensure all documents meet the required standards and contain the necessary information for
