Required Experience :
・Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
・Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N3 level or higher) and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
・1–2 years of professional experience in an Accounting role.
・Computer literate; proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
・Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
・Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
・Knowledge in accounting software.
・Experience in the travel and leisure industry.
・Background in a BPO environment.
・Strong team management and decision-making abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
・Accounts Payable & Receivable : Process vendor invoices, employee travel expenses, and customer billings related to reservations and travel services.
・Reconciliation & Reporting : Reconcile bookings, payments, and third-party transactions (airline, hotel, car rental vendors).
・Travel & Reservation Accounting : Verify travel-related charges, refunds, vouchers, and commissions.
・Audit & Compliance : Ensure adherence to accounting standards and provide support during audits.
・Month-End Close : Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and closing activities.
・Communication & Coordination : Resolve discrepancies with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
・Team Monitoring : Guide, check, and evaluate staff outputs and progress.
