Alpha Anywhere revolutionizes education with its 2 Hour Learning approach, empowering students to achieve academic excellence in just two hours daily through AI-guided, mastery-based learning. Base pay range : $75.00 / hr – $75.00 / hr. This range is provided by Trilogy. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

What You Will Be Doing

• Designing and executing multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, paid advertising, affiliate / community) with defined KPIs and lead objectives.
• Developing and overseeing compelling content (blogs, emails, guides, social media) that guides parents from awareness to enrollment readiness.
• Establishing and expanding affiliate and parent-ambassador programs to consistently generate qualified leads.
• Managing the quarterly marketing schedule, setting goals, and defining KPIs, then analyzing results and making improvements.
• Evaluating channel performance, refining messages / offers, and enhancing ROI with each sprint.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD / hour, which equates to $150,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The
